Policy for Return & Refund:

With accordance to the nature of the Design Services, all the Design Services are not refundable. We will make our best to design and provide you the room layout with desired design of your choice. We always appreciate and request you to provide us with the maximum numbers of photographs of the rooms to expose your personal styles and desires. You will have one chance to add the comments to change or edit your design (But, it will be provided just once).

Working Principles:

Now, it is compulsory for you to know how this E-Design service works. It involves following three major steps to create an innovative interior design:

 

Step 1:

If you are willing to hire us, we will charge you full payment in advance to create an interior design for your home prior to starting your design. Once you pay for our services, you will agree with our terms and conditions.

 

Step 2:

Once you make a payment for the service, definitely, you will be able to download the customer brief form in MS Word (.doc) format and the instructions regarding how to take the right measurements and capture the photographs of your room. The client brief form is actually our personally as well as officially developed formula, while we make the efforts to include all the details using our sound knowledge and experience that will surely support us to measure your personal requirements and the taste (This is a significant point that is compulsory to be illuminated).

Step 3:

Once you have filled out the form, you are further required to provide us with following essential documents and the information. Some visual inspiration examples of the rooms, colors, spaces and styles you love a lot. You can add any inspirational photo of a room, space, interior look and the styles and send us. Photo of the room you would like to redesign or renovate.

 

Step 4:

It is the high time to drop your whole collection in a sequence to us by an email and stay back with full relaxation. You will be knocked soon with a beautiful and attractive interior design that will be soon with you at your door step as well as via your email inbox. Within next 72 hours, we will send you your design along with shopping lists in your email inbox for the proper presentation and your concerning.

• Easy E-Design keeps the rights to consider and utilise your VDB (Vision Design Board) or 3D drawings just to expose and explain the type of work which we do for you (we don’t like sharing your resources with others).

​

• Resourcing is limited to Australia or worldwide online shops where you can perchance your items or materials.

​

• In case, you have the space with a combination of the used room like living & dining or the kitchen & dining room combination the payment will be charged for two rooms.

​

• The trades schedule does not have any name, contact or other confidential to share with you. You will need to track your local trades by using our provided trade schedule.
